Terugbetalingsbeleid
Due to the personalized nature of Lettre Paris products, returns are only accepted in the case of defects, damage, or if you have received the wrong item. This means you have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with all labels attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without a prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically within 10 business days via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.
